SIG ServicesSIG Consulting was established in 1994. Previously owned by the RDL Group it was acquired by the current management team in july 2003 and became "SIG Consulting Ltd". When this team was formed they looked at the customer service norm within the Information Technology business and summarised it as "take it or leave it". The management of SIG Consulting is composed almost entirely of people who have experience in the broader business arena. SIG Consulting believe that the only way to succeed in the long term is to prioritise customer service and satisfaction above all others. True Customer service consists of four main elements:
