The Stellent Imaging and Business Process Management system is comprised of four integrated components, which work together to capture, store, manage and process business documents and information while leveraging third party business applications.

• Document capture delivers scalable, front-end capture functionality that allows organizations to efficiently and cost-effectively turn all paper documents and reports into electronic images, which can then be easily stored and retrieved.
  
• Image and enterprise report management allows all users—internal or remote—to capture, store and manage all of the documents and data associated with critical business transactions.
  
• Business process management connects all enterprise systems to efficiently manage an organization’s entire business process. BPM enables the automatic routing and management of transaction information such as purchase orders, claims, invoices and applications.
  
• ERP/LOB integration options deliver comprehensive tools for document search and retrieval directly from within enterprise resource planning (ERP) and line-of-business (LOB) systems, easy and intuitive workflow automation, and simple, hassle-free movement between ERP systems and the Stellent Imaging and Business Process Management system.
